Hidden away among trees and hills near the ocean, Island View Place Care underwent significant renovations in recent years. A fresh start for this beautiful property came when it was purchased by new owners who gave it a much needed facelift - including new ARJO bathtubs and ARJO overhead lifts in each room, curtains, upholstery, windows, floors, dining rooms and common areas. It looks as though they're still not done yet and we can't wait to see what comes next!

Our residents and their families are welcome to partake in the many offerings our building provides, including a newly renovated indoor and outdoor area that is COVID-19 compliant. Our team of talented chefs prepares delicious meals for everyone, including vegetarian and vegan options that can modified based on specific needs and preferences.

With advancements in technology, our facility has been able to help residents stay connected to those who are unable to visit in person. Our goal is not only to offer assistance when in-person visits are not an option, but also to ensure that residents feel wanted, valued, and cared for - even if their friends or family live far away. Interacting online may not be quite as satisfying as being hugged or having a cup of tea together - but at this point in life we want everyone to know they're still loved cared for even if they're far away.
